[wxqc] Dewpoint Readings

My dewpoint readings are also off with my Vantage Pro 2 station. Not only
that, but it appears that the next closest readings to my station are also
off (with a big red X). Seems to me that if all of the stations around here
are reading something different than what is "expected", then the model of
what should be "expected" should be changed. Or is it that these stations
all have a similar built in error?
