[wxqc] Dewpoint Readings

Get yourself a sling psychrometer and measure your relative humidity ad 
then calculate your dew point to see if you're right ..... sounds like a 
lot of work but if you want to know whether you're accurate, that's the 
way.  I'm a temperature buff and have thermometers that cost me $300 
because they're calibrated and accurate to within 0.1 degrees so that I 
know how "good" my other thermometers are.
