I FTP information from MADIS every hour to extract my QCMS data
from the latest netCDF data. Since yesterday about midday CDT
I have been getting "Connection refused" from trying to
connect to the server at pftp.madis-fsl.org. I have sent
Patty Miller an email asking her what the problem is.

I am also get a connection refused when I try to
GET "http://www.madis-fsl.org/qcms_data/qc12/qchour.txt"
