[wxqc] Lacrosse WS-2315 extended data cables

[Gerry Creager N5JXS]

It's a convenient way to get twisted pairs which does provide shielding 
(twisted pair is magical stuff).  And it beats trying to twist it with a 
power drill, and then try to string it up.
