[wxqc] Switching servers in Weatherlink 5.6a

Click on Setup, then Internet Settings, then click on the Configure
button under whichever Profile that controls your CWOP upload. From
that dialog box, click on Select Report Files. Then you'll see, among
other things, APRS Weather Report. Click on Configure, and you'll see
where to change the setting.
