[wxqc] Altitude

On my first error report I seem to be  +2.00 MB off on my altitude.  Does
anyone know about how much I should adjust my station elevation setting to
correct for this error.  I am in feet above sea level. There are other
errors, all well placed within the target range but seems to me that the
elevation should be easy to correct with knowledge of the right factor or
formula  also, what is the source of the standard altitude.

Because I am 21.6 miles to the next closest sample site I am not to
concerned about temp and wind numbers as shown on the graph distribution.
