Just lower your pressure (altimeter) by 2.0 mb (00.06 inches of mercury)
It also appears your direction is frozen:

This shows that there is a consistent error in the pressure readings. If
you look at the graphs, you can see your pressure readings tracking the
predicted pressure reading -- but with a significant offset.
You may want to check your pressure calibration.
