[wxqc] Undergrond weather for Davis Inst. Versionv5.5.1

Dave,

I am running 5.5.1 and when I did the upgrade from 5.4, the subfolder that
the weather information for my site stayed the same, in the internet
configuration, it was there and I still continue to transmit, I didn't have
to reconfigure or get the expansion module to transmit to weather
underground.

Albert, are you sure? I just downloaded 5.5.1 and I had to get the expansion
module. 5.5.1. while basically the same is a separate 
version. I had to import all the data from 5.4 and reconfigure all the
internet settings.
