[wxqc] Reason for no data quality emails....

All,

The data quality emails and the data quality charts are all based on 
data that I get from MADIS (which is where the analysis is performed). 
However, something got broken on Friday evening, and I haven't managed 
to get any data since then.

I am hopeful that the situation will be restored on Monday morning. The 
folks at MADIS are working on a way to make the data transfer more 
reliable, but that has not yet happened.
