Dave,
I think this was sent to the wrong person.  I don't know who Roger is.

BTY I just discovered the problem with APRS location setting.  Would you
believe a misplaced decimal point?  I got rod of the decimal and sure
enough, I am now IN Middletown where I should have been all along! ! ! !
