I too do not accept html email.  And I like the suggestion in the 2nd paragraph 
below.  Lets keep the info brief but still have access to the detail if wanted. 
Also an explanation of the message is needed, but certainly can be maintained at 
a link.  No need to see it all every day, just to be able to find it.
